Jan came along with her precious nick-nacks and story way back in April….. She wanted a commemorative piece to surprise Husband Steve with on their 40th Wedding Anniversary.
“….A lifetime’s journey filled with significant treasures”…I have been pondering on it for some time. Then, with deadline looming it came to me. A strong and beautiful family tree seemed the perfect way to go.
In 1971 the seed was planted ………
And with the ‘pop’ of champagne in 1973 the ‘tree’ began to grow…
Strong branches hold the children’s memories…..
And further branches blossom in to grandchildren with coins to mark the years of their birth.
Strong foundations of happy holidays and DIY hold the family tree together.
